Fantasy Theatre Factory is a fun and fabulous place to work. Whether it is as a staff member, intern, teaching artist, actor, or volunteer, being part of the FTF family is a rewarding and enriching experience.

Volunteers

Fantasy Theatre Factory is always looking for new volunteers! There are many different areas to share your talents. We are currently recruiting volunteers for the following positions:

• Ushers for public fieldtrip performances: arrive early to fieldtrip performance locations and help with ushering students from bus drop off to theatre, seating, tearing tickets, etc. Ushers may also see the show for free.
• Office Assistant: during business hours on weekdays, greet visitors and answer phones.
• Costume Assistant: during business hours, assist in costume building, some sewing skills preferred.

Interns

Attention: College Students! Are you looking for some extra cash and wonderful work experience? If so Fantasy Theatre Factory may be just the place for you! Come join us and our entourage of puppets and performers in a fast paced, fun and rewarding office environment. We are a not-for-profit touring children’s theatre touring company. You’ll learn more here than you can imagine. You may come here to gain experience for your accounting major, but you’ll leave with that and maybe the ability to juggle or operate a puppet too! Make an appointment with your advisor and see if you qualify for the work study program.

Audition Information

We recently held Auditions for our 2008-2009 touring season. However we accept resumes/headshots all year round.

In addition to actors we also accept resumes/headshots for specialty skill performers such as jugglers, magicians, unicyclists, stilt walkers, ect.

High School Students/Volunteers
