Fantasy Theatre Factory (FTF), Florida’s premier professional touring theater company for young audiences, is seeking reliable, high-energy performers for its 2025–2026 season.

2025-2026 TOURING SEASON PRODUCTIONS:

Little Monster Tales
Rehearses in September | Performs in October

Scrooge! A Fractured Christmas Carol
Rehearses in October | Performs November–December
The Mis-Adventures of Pinocchio
Rehearses in December | Performs January–February
The Eco-Challenge
Rehearses in February | Performs March–April
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (World Premiere)
Rehearses March-April | Performs May–July

CONTRACT DETAILS:

Compensation:
- $75-150 per show
- $40 per rehearsal
Rehearsals:
- 10–25 rehearsal days per production
- Monday–Friday, 4-hour sessions between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Held at the Sandrell Rivers Theater in Miami, FL
Performance Schedule:
- Touring performances across Florida
- Weekday and weekend bookings at various times
- Cast members will receive advance calendar invites as performances are scheduled

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

All performers must:

Have reliable local transportation (FTF touring van available for shared use)
Assist with loading in, set-up, and striking all technical elements (costumes, props, set, sound)
Commit fully to the production schedule (no understudies)
Play multiple roles per production
Be comfortable with fast-paced, physical, ensemble-based performance
Apply their own basic stage makeup (foundation/base, blush, and eyeliner at minimum)
Be comfortable performing in schools, theaters, libraries, and non-traditional spaces
Interact directly and respectfully with children and family audiences

FTF does not provide local housing in South Florida. Performers must be based in the area or able to commute reliably.
When touring beyond the region, hotel accommodations, per diem and transportation are provided by FTF.
