FTF Box Office Policies
Currently, our ticketing policies include the following terms:
All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for ticketed performances in our venues.
Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door. Our delivery methods are as follows:
Print at Home: This option allows you to print your tickets at home or access them on a
mobile device via email.
Box Office Pick Up: Tickets are printed and available for pick-up (2) Hours before
performance start time. Door Purchases MUST be made after Box Office opens. If
groups of (10) or more tickets are purchased, you may call the box office during business
hours to schedule a pickup before normal pick-up window times. Business Hours are
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat/Sun times vary.
All ticket sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges for purchased tickets.
Patrons must provide proof of purchase, typically a photo ID identifying which will be used to
confirm the patron’s identity as the original purchaser or have the order number.
All ticket sales are subject to facility fees. These fees are added during the checkout process.
Tickets may not be resold. The resale of tickets on the Sandrell Rivers Theater property is strictly
By utilizing a Fantasy Theatre Factory at the Sandrell Rivers Theater ticket, patrons agree to:
Abide by our house rules, including any requests made by staff.
Assume all risks incidental to the event to which your ticket admits you and waive any
rights against the issuer (Fantasy Theatre Factory at the Sandrell Rivers Theater), its
agents, management and employees, and performers, which you may have arising out
of any accident, personal injury, illness, or loss or damage to property.
ADA seating is available at the Sandrell Rivers Theater. Should you need ADA or companion
seating, call the Box Office or email email@example.com for assistance. Patrons booking
accessible seating without need may be reassigned to other seats in the instance that an ADA
*Assisted listening devices are available and limited to a “first-come-first-serve” basis,
and should be requested during checkout.
Any patron who does not abide by house rules, or who does not comply with requests made by staff,
or who becomes disruptive will be ejected from the premises with no refund given.
