FTF Box Office Policies

TICKET POLICIES FOR EVENTS AT THE SANDRELL RIVERS THEATER

Box Office Hours:

  • The box office opens two hours before the scheduled start time of a performance on show days.

  • Tickets may be purchased through the following methods:

    • In-person at the box office during its operational hours.

    •  Over the phone during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

    •  Online 24/7 via the website ftfshows.tickets.com.


Payment Methods:

  • Accepted payment methods at the box office include cash, debit cards, and credit cards (AMEX, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, VISA).

  • Bills over $50 are not accepted unless the total ticket purchase exceeds $50. Larger bills will be verified for counterfeit.

  • If you need to withdraw cash, ATMs are conveniently located nearby, including NW 7th Avenue and 62nd Street at Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Walgreens, and Presidente Market.


Ticketing Information:

  • To ensure a secure transaction and deter fraud, patrons are required to provide the following information when purchasing a ticket via credit card, either in person, online, or over the phone:

    • Full name

    • Address

    • Telephone number

    • Email address


Entry and Seating:

  • Lobby doors open one hour prior to the show's scheduled start time.

  • To gain entry, patrons must present either a valid e-ticket or a paper ticket issued by the box office.

  • The box office will close promptly 30 minutes after the show begins. No additional ticket purchases can be made after this time, without exception.

  • Tickets that have been purchased and paid for in advance will be held at will-call and can be retrieved through the House Manager. A valid ID is required for will-call pickup.

  • The House Manager reserves the right to refuse seating to latecomers after the show has commenced, following producer instructions or at their discretion.


Ticket Policy:

  • Please be aware that all ticket purchases are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges.

  • Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission to the performance.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the theater.


Children's Policy:

  • Children aged 2 years or younger may be admitted without a ticket if they sit on a parent or family member's lap during the performance. Alternatively, they can purchase a ticket at $0 or the lowest price-class ticket, as determined by the producer or Fantasy Theatre Factory's discretion.

  • Strollers are not permitted within the theater. However, car seats can be placed on seats with the purchase of a ticket. Our House Manager will assist in safely storing strollers.

  • Please be mindful that not all performances are suitable for infants or children. Check for any viewer ratings or advisories provided for each production.


Ejection Clause:

  • Disruptive patrons who violate theater policies or behave in a disruptive manner may be ejected from the premises without a refund by the House Manager, Security, or other staff member.


Agreement and Liability:

  • By purchasing a ticket, patrons agree to abide by all theater policies and staff members' instructions.

  • Patrons assume all liabilities incidental to attendance at the performance, including personal property and injury.

  • Photography and video recording during performances are not allowed.

  • A valid ID is required for will-call pickup.
