Larry Fields

As Executive Artistic Director & CEO Mr. Fields directly oversees all artistic and administrative aspects of the organization including new programs from conceptualization to creation & execution.

Mr. Fields acts as day to day head of the company. Makes executive-level decisions on behalf of the organization. Sets the company's artistic vision and long-term programmatic goals and objectives. Sets the company's administrative policies and ensures policies and procedures are followed. Also serves as development director and main grant writer, responsible for the generation of over $800,000 in grant funds per season. Directs FTF shows, and attends major events to ensure event success. All department heads report directly to this position.
